Arshad Nadeem: Olympic Gold Medalist Honored with Rs100 Million Reward

Pakistan's javelin hero, Arshad Nadeem, who clinched the gold medal at the Paris Olympics, has been showered with accolades and rewards.


Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz announced a substantial Rs100 million cash prize for the athlete, expressing the nation's gratitude for his outstanding achievement.


 Furthermore, the government plans to establish an Arshad Nadeem Sports City in Mian Channu to inspire future generations.

Governor Sardar Salim Haider Khan also congratulated Nadeem and presented him with a Rs200,000 reward.

 

The Olympic champion is set to return to Pakistan on Saturday, August 11, arriving in Lahore via Dubai. A grand welcome, including a city tour on a double-decker bus, is being planned for the national hero.

Nadeem's historic victory on the eve of Pakistan's Independence Day has ignited a wave of patriotism and pride across the country. His exceptional talent and dedication have earned him a place among Pakistan's sporting legends.
